William C. Ellison, President and Chief Executive Officer

Bill is responsible for overseeing all facets of the company’s operations, fundraising, investor relations, and the formation and execution of the company's strategic business plan.

From February 2000 to the present, Bill has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of MD Technologies Inc. From February 2000 to March 2008, Bill served as the General Counsel and was responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs. He has 25 years of legal experience in the areas of corporate and insurance law, employment practices, products liability, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation and general tort litigation.

Bill was a 1986 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board from 1984-1986. He has been a contributing editor to the several national legal reference books.
