How Secure Is My Data?
Access to Medtopia® Manager is secured using proven cryptographic methods to
authenticate users and transmit data between your offices and our servers. Our servers,
located within secure data centers, require biometric, electronic identification
cards and password protected clearance before access is granted to them.
How Many Users Can I Have?
You can have an unlimited number of users in the system.
Who Backs Up Our Data?
We perform all back up processes daily that would normally require administration
by one of the office staff. Your data is backed up both locally at our data centers
and off-site to a data storage facility geographically separated from our two data
centers. Backups are monitored daily and stored using proven encryption.
Who Handles My Claims Processing?
We handle all the batching and submission of claims as well as claim scrubbing and
posting of ERA’s and rejections
What Is The Cost Of Upgrades?
Upgrades to the software are free and do not require any installation or management
by you.
